The reason we’ve included WI-FI above is because most drink packages include some sort of wi-fi, so it will help you determine whether your drinks package price per day is worth it or not. In more cases than not, it will be (unless you only have 1 or 2 coffees and 1 or 2 alcoholic drinks and a bottle of water per day). It may even include gratuities Which will save you another 20% on every drink. Check with Paul or the cruise line direct as to whether WiFi and/or gratuities are included in the drinks packages below.

Remember: The best time to purchase a drinks package is when you purchase your cruise as they offer you the highest discount on drinks packages at this time (usually 20%-30% cheaper).

MSC Cruises offers a variety of drink packages with varying costs. The Easy package costs around AUD$62 per day. The Easy Plus package costs around AUD$84 and the Premium Extra package costs around AUD$117 per day (depending on the region of your cruise). Not cheap.

The Easy package is only available for pre-cruise online bookings to ships sailing to the Caribbean, North America, and Alaska. The Easy Plus package, also for pre-cruise online bookings, covers Classic cocktails and Mixed Drinks with house spirits, House wine, house beer and non-alcoholic, Coffee and tea, Soft drinks and Mocktails, Still and sparkling water and gratuities.

Then there is the Easy Plus Package which includes all beverages with a value up to €9 / $14 / $10.

The Premium Extra Package is priced around AUD$95 per day.

The Alcohol-Free package includes mocktails, soft drinks, juices, and more.
